Scott Strudwick

As a realtor with over 17 years of experience in the Fraser Valley, I have been involved in the sale or purchase of over 2,000 homes. Throughout my career, clients have relied on my ability to provide honest and genuine advice that enables them to make well-informed decisions for their families and businesses. Selling or purchasing real estate can be a complex process, and my ability to remain calm and collected while providing expert advice is something my clients can consistently rely on. I have experience buying and selling all types of residential properties, as well as new home construction and renovations. Originally from Europe, I’ve always had a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, design, and the details that turn a house into a home.  My approach goes far beyond what meets the eye. Shaelene Spratley

I am your client care specialist! I grew up in the lower mainland and currently live in Langley with my family where we enjoy all the greenspace Langley has to offer. To wind down, I enjoy reading a good book and cooking for family and friends! I have worked in customer service for over 12 years which has led me to foster strong communication skills. I previously worked in the insurance industry where I enjoyed advocating for my clients. Working in the real estate Industry allows me to help others while providing amazing customer service, ensuring our clients are confident and comfortable in buying or selling their home.
